Bedmi Aloo Masala

1. Boil 500 grams of potatoes, peel them, simply break them with your fingers in bite size pieces & keep aside.

2. Soak three tablespoons of Bedmi Aloo Masala for 15 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a wok, temper it with cumin seeds.

4. Grind five big tomatoes, with 1/2 inch ginger & two green chillies.

5. Add the tomato paste to the oil, saute well, add coriander, red chilli, turmeric powder & salt to taste.

6. Now add the soaked Bedmi Aloo Masala, saute well.

7. Add the boiled potatoes, saute, add water & let it come to a boil. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander & serve hot with Bedmi Puri made with our Bedmi Puri Masala.
