1. The key to this dish is our Chana Masala, which infuses exceptionally good flavours, 3-4 tablespoons is good for 250 grams of chickpeas or you can add it as per taste. With the addition of this masala you will not need any other masala.

3. Cook the onion & tomato puree with our Chana Masala, blend well to make the gravy. Lastly, add the pre-cooked chana and simmer the curry & serve hot.
