Foxtail Millet Fusilli Pasta

• Ingredients: Foxtail Millet Flour (62%), Arrowroot Flour, Psyllium Husk, Cluster Bean Flour (Stabiliser INS 412), Purified Water & Salt.

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt.

2. Add the pasta and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally - (Al Dente - 4 mins | Just Right – 5 mins | Soft – 7 mins).

3. Drain and rinse under running water.

4. Toss with your favourite sauce, protein, vegetables, and garnish. Serve hot and fresh.

Culinary Tip: Cook with care. For best texture, do not overcook or simmer in sauce.
