Pindi Chole Masala Pack of 2

1. Soak the chickpeas (chole) overnight for a minimum of eight hours.

2. Pressure boil them with salt, until soft.

3. The key to this dish is our Pindi Chole Masala, which infuses exceptionally good flavours, 3-4 tablespoons is good for 250 grams of chickpeas or you can add it as per taste. With the addition of this masala you will not need any other masala.

4. Add salt 5. For that restaurant like taste, add two tablespoons of smoking hot ghee & serve hot.
